Restoring God, yesterday is over. I ask that you remind me of the places and situations where you came near, where I could see, hear, or feel you. I thank you for the chances to see and reflect your light in the world on this NEW DAY! Amen.

Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.

²⁹ “Truly I tell you,” Jesus said to them, “no one who has left home or wife or brothers or sisters or parents or children for the sake of the kingdom of God ³⁰ will fail to receive many times as much in this age, and in the age to come eternal life.”

¹⁵ Be diligent in these matters; give yourself wholly to them, so that everyone may see your progress. ¹⁶ Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them, because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers.
